This load bank is designed especially for 24V DC load testing applications, at rated current of 400A, and voltage up to 30V DC. A cost effective design, this load bank comes with an option of a built-in LVD (Low Voltage Disconnect). This feature allows the “End Voltage” per cell to be selected from 1.55V PC to 1.90V PC, enabling the monitoring of the overall battery voltage as the voltage drops to its “End Voltage”, automatically disconnecting the load and allowing the current to drop to zero. The feature prevents deep discharge of the batteries, thus preventing any unattended damage to them. It is suitable for applications in battery discharge testing, DC power supply and telecom rectifier testing.
